The 60kN (6 tonne) Jack is designed for the quick and safe stressing of small wire tendons of 3mm (0.192") through 7mm (0.276"). The
Stressomatic range was originally introduced in the 1970’s and due to
continuous improvement it still remains ahead of other prestressing
jacks throughout the world.
It is available only in a short stroke version.
The Stressomatic Jacks are designed specifically for use in conjunction with CCL Pumps and CCL grips/anchorages.
To
operate the jack the following items are required; a suitable CCL
hydraulic pump, CCL hydraulic hoses, CCL stressing nose and CCL wedges
(to suit diameter of the strand to be stressed).
