The CCL Extrusion Rig is used with Dead End and Coupler Anchorages which have Compression Fittings. The Compression Fittings are pushed hydraulically through the Die of the Extrusion Rig ensuring a positive anchorage on the strand To use the rig the following products are also required:-
CCL Hydraulic stressing pump unit with extend and retract facilities and a minimum
deliver pressure of 700 bar. The Extrusion rig comprises.
